Umbrella of Elegance, LLC and Umbrella of Excellence Corporation 501(c)3, are both etiquette and motivational organizations geared towards empowering young girls
ages 7-18 and all women in hopes to become a better version of themselves, be more comfortable in their own skin, and to be proud of who they are. The main components of UOE include Self-Love / Personal Growth, Educational Awareness with Leadership Development and Community Services.
UOE's unique specialty is incorporating tea and table etiquette into hosted workshops and events!

Our Mission/Our Goal
Our MISSION is to teach girls and women to respect themselves and others, promote community service, stewardship, and build self-esteem while creating a sense of sister hood. This movement offers activities that are exciting, entertaining and educational, while creating an environment where girls can talk freely and be themselves. The program offers weekly activities that build leadership while lending a listening ear, build character and confidence under the guidance of caring adult mentors, encourage girls to embrace their unique qualities and identify their God given talents. We collaborate closely with the S.T.E.M. /S.T.E. A.M. initiatives and provide one-one peer paring to assist girls with entrepreneur women with the goal of each girl becoming a young entrepreneur.
Our GOAL is to foster a commitment to the entire community that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future. Only through personal relationships can a sense of individual responsibility be re-established that will give youth the commitment to follow through on a path to adulthood, provide adults in the community the assistance and positive motivational mindsets and skills to ensure this goal is followed through with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
